Refund policy

RETURNS
We at Stewart's want you to be 100% stoked on your purchase! We're happy to offer you a full refund (less any shipping charges paid) within 30 days, subject to the terms below. If it's been 31-90 days since your purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange. After 90 days, sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original un-damaged packaging, with tags attached.

ALL SURFBOARD SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept returns on new surfboards, used surfboards, or gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please email retail@stewartsurfboards.com to request a return shipping label, absolutely free if the order was shipped to the contiguous U.S. Be sure to include your Order # and reason for the return in your email.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If everything looks good, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have received a refund confirmation from us, but it hasn't posted to your account, contact your credit card company and/or your bank. It may take some time on their end before your refund is officially processed and posted.

EXCHANGES
Returns received after 30 days will be processed as an exchange/store credit.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at retail@stewartsurfboards.com and send your item to: Stewart Surfboards, Inc., 2102 South El Camino Real, San Clemente CA 92672, United States.

MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS
We back our products and will replace an item if it has a manufacturer defect. Please note, handmade surfboards are extremely fragile! They will definitely get dinged and can even break without any manufacturer defect whatsoever. We do not replace broken surfboards unless there is a clear manufacturer defect. Manufacturer warranty coverage varies per product, so please contact us at retail@stewartsurfboards.com to determine if the damaged product falls under the manufacturers defect coverage.

SHIPPING

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
