Holiday Surf Swap & Storewide Sale Nov 13 - 14

We're stoked to announce that we're gearing up for our annual Surf Swap and Storewide Sale here at our retail location (2102 S. El Camino Real, San Clemente) on Saturday, November 13th to Sunday, November 14th!

How does it work?

Bring your surf/beach-related items to check in for the sale on Thursday & Friday, Nov 11 & 12 from 9am to 4pm.  We'll advise you on a sale price (think garage sale pricing if you really want to sell it!) and get it tagged and ready for sale.

What can I sell / what items will I find at the Swap?

  • Surfboards
  • Soft-tops
  • SUP boards & paddles
  • Boogie boards
  • Swim fins
  • Wetsuits & boots
  • Board bags
  • Anything else you might use in/around the water!

What's my cut?

Seller gets 80% of sale price in the form of a check or 100% in the form of a gift card!  All payments are issued within 2 weeks of the sale.

I have a board on consignment. Can I put it in the swap?

No need to!  All consignment boards will automatically become part of the Swap madness.  If your board sells that weekend, we'll call/email you to find out if you want the 80% check or 100% gift card payment option.

How do I buy swap items?

Arrive early and queue up to score the best deals! Front gates will open at 9am Saturday, November 13th. Once you've found your treasures, bring them inside to check out as usual.  Be sure to peep the discounts on all the great new gear inside, too.  Everything will be on sale! Except new surfboards -- you know we don't ever discount those beauties.

I don't live in the area. Can I still buy Swap items?

Unfortunately we can't facilitate phone/online purchase & shipping of Surf Swap items, so you must be here in person to score those. We will be emailing a coupon code for 20% off everything in our online store (excluding surfboards) so be sure to sign up for our mailing list (at the bottom of our homepage) to take advantage of that!

If my sale item doesn't sell when do I have to pick it up?

All unsold items must be picked up by 5pm on Sunday, November 14th.  We will call you on Sunday afternoon if your item hasn't sold.

Are you following CDC Covid-19 prevention protocols?

Yes! Currently, face coverings are optional and we encourage social distancing. Our staff will also be wiping down high-touch surfaces (pens, credit card machines, door handles, etc.) with disinfectant between customers and we encourage you to utilize touch-free payment methods like Apple pay. Thanks for your cooperation in helping us keep everyone safe!
